Roasted Asparagus With Thyme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lbs. fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. minced fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place asparagus on baking pan (with sides) lined with heavy-duty foil.
Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender.
