Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large, fat hen, cooked and deboned
5 c. broth
1 small jar pimentos
3/4 c. green onions
3 boiled eggs
1/2 c. parsley
1 c. plain flour
salt and pepper to taste
red pepper to taste (if desired)
Preparation

Cook hen until tender.
Remove from bone in bite size pieces. Place in 10 x 14-inch pan that is 3-inches deep.
On top of chicken, place pimentos, onions, parsley and chopped eggs.
Use flour and enough sweet milk to make thickening for the broth. Pour over chicken and pour crust over all.
