Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. mushroom stems
    1 lb. large mushroom caps
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    salt, pepper, thyme and turmeric
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Melt butter and add stems, green pepper and onion and cook until soft.
    Add bread crumbs and seasonings to taste and fill center of washed mushroom caps.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in baking dish; place mushrooms in baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Put under broiler for 2 minutes, until brown.
