Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 lean pork chops
    4 or 5 Irish potatoes, thinly sliced
    2 onions, sliced
    2 cans mushroom soup
    pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Place a layer of pork chops in a deep bottom baking dish or pan, then a layer of potatoes and a layer of onions.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Repeat layer, then pour mushroom soup over all the ingredients; use 1 can of water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender.
