Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 (16 oz.) can Crown Prince crab meat
    1/2 c. half and half cream
    1/2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese (I use Mozzarella and skim milk)
    1/2 c. green onions with tops
    uncooked pie crust
Preparation
    Cook pie crust 5 minutes before filling.
    Mix and pour ingredients into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, then put on baking sheet to cook for 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
