Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. butter
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Heat water and butter together to boiling point in enamel saucepan.
    Add flour all at once.
    Stir constantly with wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms into a ball (approximately 1 minute).
    Remove from heat.
    Cool thoroughly. Add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating to a smooth paste after each egg is added, then beat mixture until smooth and velvety.
