Layered Tostada Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can whole green chilies, drained, seeded and chopped
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease oblong baking dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch.
    Cook and stir ground beef and onion until browned. Drain.
    Stir in seasoning mix, tomato sauce, beans, chilies and olives.
    Mix 1 egg, baking mix, cornmeal, milk and oil until moistened; beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
    Spread dough in dish. Spoon beef mixture over dough.
    Mix sour cream, 1 egg and cheese. Spoon over beef mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes; let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
    Garnish with green pepper ring if desired.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
