Fast And Fancy Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    tartar sauce
    1/2 c. French dressing
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Heat margarine and oil in a large skillet over moderate heat. Dip fish in French dressing and place in skillet.
    Sprinkle onion over fish.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes, turn and repeat.
    Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
