Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/4 c. uncooked rice
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium can tomato sauce
1 large can sauerkraut
1 large head cabbage (or 2 medium)
Preparation

Core head of cabbage, cook in boiling water until leaves are wilted and come off easily (can also be frozen overnight).
Pare off thick part of leaves.
