Potato, Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes, mashed
    18 oz. sour cream
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chives
    1 c. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach per package directions.
    Stir in mashed potatoes, sour cream, salt, pepper and chives.
    Pour into greased baking dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
