Quick N' Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 diced green pepper
    1 (40 1/2 oz.) can light kidney beans
    2 (16 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in heavy saucepan; drain.
    Add onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
    May be served over cooked rice or baked potato.
