Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. egg whites
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/4 c. sifted sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tarter until soft peaks are formed.
    Fold in 1 1/4 cups sifted sugar and vanilla.
    Last add flour and 3/4 cup sugar, sifted together 3 times.
    Pour in pan and bake at 350\u00b0.
