Macadamia White Chocolate Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk at room temperature
    8 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. white chocolate chips
    3 1/2 oz. (3/4 c.) chopped Macadamia nuts
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar and baking powder.
    In separate bowl, combine milk, butter and egg.
    Make a well in flour and stir in liquid.
    Add chips and nuts.
    Pour into greased muffin tins.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
