Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli (florets only), in small pieces
    1 head cauliflower (florets only), in small pieces
    1 small red onion, grated
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. bacon, cooked and crumbled, or 1 jar bacon pieces
    1 c. fat free mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients.
    Blend together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over vegetable mixture.
    Toss and chill for several hours before serving.
