Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat the egg with a fork.
    Add in milk and oil.
    In a small bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Stir flour mixture into egg.
    Do not overmix; batter should be lumpy.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill 6 paper lined muffin cups for large muffins (or 12 for smaller muffins).
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until tester comes out clean and tops are brown.
