Sausage And Potatoes Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. green peppers
1/2 c. onions
1 lb. sausage
1 c. American cheese, shredded
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Beat together the eggs and milk.
Place crescent rolls in pie plate.
Brown sausage and drain.
Place on crescent rolls.
Defrost potatoes and put on sausage.
Sprinkle green peppers and onions over sausage.
Add cheese, then egg and milk mixture.
Bake until brown at 300\u00b0.
