Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    salt
    pepper
    oil, lard or meat drippings (fat)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, using mixer on medium.
    Put a teaspoon of oil in each of 12 muffin pans.
    Put in oven until hot (smoking).
    Add batter mix (approximately 1/2 full).
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until batter puffs, then lower oven to 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot from oven with roast beef dinner.
