Tortellini In White Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small containers heavy cream
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. hot milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. thinly chopped Prosciutto or fresh sausage or prosciuttini
    tortellini
Preparation
    Saute Prosciutto in butter.
    Add milk; bring to slow boil. Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook on low until it begins to thicken.
    Add heavy cream and continue to cook on low for 8 minutes.
