Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes Dream Whip
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large angel food cake
    2 pkg. unflavored gelatin
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 box coconut
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in cold water and stir until dissolved.
    Add boiling water; stir.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple, including the juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Whip 2 packages of Dream Whip according to directions.
    Fold into gelatin mixture. Line a large, round mixing bowl with wax paper.
    Cut or break the angel food cake into small pieces.
    Place a layer of cake pieces in bowl, then a layer of the gelatin mixture, alternating until all is used.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Next day, turn cake out on large cake plate.
    Whip other package of Dream Whip and spread over cake.
    Sprinkle with coconut and garnish with cherries.
