Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    3 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 small box strawberry jello
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and rhubarb together until rhubarb is tender.
    Add 1 box strawberry jello.
    Refrigerate until it starts to thicken.
    Add Cool Whip and mix well.
    Pour into bowl and chill to set.
