Potato Surprise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
3 to 4 chopped green onion
1 small chopped brown onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 6 oz. tub sour cream
1 large can Durkee French fried onions
salt and pepper
Preparation

Leaving hash browns frozen, mix all ingredients together.
Put into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Top with French fried onions. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
