Carrot Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter, then add egg.
    Blend in carrots, lemon juice, sifted flour, baking powder and soda last.
    Bake in buttered ring mold at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
