Chunky Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots, peeled and chopped
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    10 3/4 oz. chicken broth
    4 c. diced, cooled chicken
    8 oz. seasoned bread stuffing
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Make a roux with flour and butter.
    Add chicken broth slowly until thick.
    Lower heat and add cheese until melted.
