Sweet 'N Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Japanese vinegar
    2/3 c. Club shoyu
    2/3 c. water
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger, grated
Preparation
    Flour
    pork
    chops in Bisquick;
    brown in a little oil. Simmer for 1 hour in sauce.
    The sauce will thicken.
