Meat Loaf With Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 slices fresh bread crumbs
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1 beef bouillon
    1 small potato, diced in small pieces (optional)
    1 large or 2 small carrots, shredded
    paprika
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 small onion, sliced in rings
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Bake about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
