Berry Cream Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. raspberry or other flavor preserves
    icing
Preparation
    Cut cheese and butter into biscuit mix.
    Blend in 1/3 cup milk.
    Knead 8 to 10 strokes.
    Roll into rectangle on waxed paper. Turn onto greased cookie sheet.
    Remove waxed paper.
    Spread preserves down center of rectangle.
    Cut off sides of dough into strips (almost to jam).
    Fold strips over center (crisscross). Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
    Cool.
    Drizzle with icing.
