Casserola La Paloma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayo
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar or American cheese
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 c. crushed cornflakes
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Blend soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry.
    Stir in chicken and vegetables.
    Spread into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Mix melted margarine, parsley and cornflake crumbs and top casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 45 minutes.
