Deli-In-A-Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. corned beef
    1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
    3 oz. Swiss cheese, cut into strips
Preparation
    Mix corned beef, sauerkraut and water in a large skillet. Bring to a full boil.
    Stir in rice.
    Pour dressing over rice and top with cheese.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Kielbasa, knockwurst or similar meat may be substituted for the corned beef.
