Ozzel'S Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley, dried
    1 1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 small can chopped ham
    1 small can chopped chicken
    1 can tomato soup or juice
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
Preparation
    Saute onions, peppers and sausage until onions are transparent. Add parsley, thyme, oregano and Cajun seasoning; stir.
    Add broth, tomatoes, ham and chicken.
    Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Add tomato soup or juice and bring to a boil.
    Add rice and remove from burner and cover.
    Let stand for 15 minutes.
    Serve with salad and bread.
