Teri Lee'S Light & Zesty Chicken & Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
    1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
    2/3 c. uncooked rice (regular)
    1 16oz. bag frozen broccoli and carrots
    1 can Durkee fried onions
    1 3/4 c. chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Place chicken in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Pour salad dressing over.
    Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Take chicken out of dish and set aside.
    Put rice, vegetables, and 1/2 of the onions in the dish.
    Place chicken on top.
    Combine bouillon and seasoning; pour over the chicken and bake uncovered 25 minutes.
    Top with rest of onions and bake 3 or 4 minutes more.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
