Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef stewing meat
    2 cans beef broth
    5 medium size white potatoes, chunked
    5 to 6 carrots, cut into thick slices
    1 medium onion, diced
    flour
    Mrs. Dash seasoning
    fresh black pepper
Preparation
    Clean fat from stew meat. Roll meat in mixture of flour, Mrs. Dash and pepper to taste.
