Cottage Cheese-Pineapple-Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. unbleached flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    In large bowl, cream oleo and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs, then cottage cheese and pineapple; mix well.
    In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except milk.
    Then alternately, add the milk and the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture.
    Spoon the batter into a greased and floured 8-inch round pan.
    Bake at 375` for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0, continue baking for about 50 minutes or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes then remove from pan to rack.
