Sugarless Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped dates
1 c. prunes, chopped
1 c. raisins
1 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. oleo
1 c. water
1 c. pineapple juice
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

Bring to boil the fruits, oleo, water and juice.
Simmer 2 minutes.
Let cool.
Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, eggs, nuts and vanilla.
Add to cooled fruit mixture.
Pour into angel food cake pan.
Cook at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done.
Very moist and good.
