Mom'S Great Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked link sausage, sliced
4 eggs
2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
3/4 c. milk
oregano
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with rolls.
Place sausage on top of rolls.
Next, sprinkle cheese.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper, dash of oregano and green pepper together.
Pour over top.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until slightly brown.
