Harvest Date Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. date quick bread
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease 12 cups.
    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except sunflower seeds.
    Stir by hand until dry particles are moistened.
    Divide evenly in 12 cups (cups will be full). Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick in center comes out clean.
    Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan.
    Serve warm or store in refrigerator.
