Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small head cabbage, chopped in 1-inch squares
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Add onion and salt and pepper.
    Add chopped cabbage and tomato sauce.
    Add an additional can of water.
    Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
