Cheese Souffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices buttered bread, cut in cubes
    3/4 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne, paprika or pepper
Preparation
    Alternate bread and cheese in buttered casserole.
    Beat eggs until light and mix with remaining ingredients.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese and bread.
    Let stand 4 hours in refrigerator or overnight.\tBake
    1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with bacon bits. Serves 4 to 6.
