Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans, cut fine
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 stick margarine
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Melt margarine; blend in other ingredients.
Pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
