Pineapple Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar or Longhorn)
Preparation
    Boil
    pineapple, sugar and water for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir
    in
    jello
    and
    cool
    in refrigerator until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in cheese and whipped cream. Chill until set.
    Serves 9.
