Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large, unpeeled potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each: garlic powder and paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Prepare potatoes.
Mix remaining ingredients to make a baste. Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2-inch shallow baking pan.
Baste with mixture.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes until golden brown and tender.
Baste occasionally with oil mixture.
Serves 8.
