Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. finely chopped ginger or 1/2 tsp. ginger powder
1 small clove garlic, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped finely
2 tsp. sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
8 oz. steaks, cut in strips 1/4 inch thick
Preparation

Combine all ingredients but the steaks and mix well.
Pour over steak strips.
Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
