Old-Fashioned Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large eggs or Egg Beaters equivalent
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 2/3 c. milk
unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs lightly; add sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk.
Beat well together and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, then sprinkle with nutmeg.
