Deviled Crabs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans crab meat
6 pieces bread, soaked in milk
3 hard-boiled eggs, cut fine
Preparation

Put 1 tablespoon butter in pan, then simmer 1/2 cup celery and onion.
Add to crab mixture.
Add 1 or 2 raw eggs.
If mixture is too wet, add a little cracker meal.
Season with salt and pepper. Roll and dip in egg and cracker meal.
Fry in deep fat.
