Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    cabbage
    bacon
    1 to 2 large cans tomato sauce
    2 bay leaves
    6 cloves
    potato water (about 1 c.)
Preparation
    Put onion and rice in small pot with 1 cup water, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and parboil for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Make sure all water is absorbed.
    Add to uncooked ground beef.
    Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
