Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, cut into bite size pieces
    2 large onions
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream or container plain yogurt
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 can beef broth or equal bouillon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    cooked noodles
    1 tsp. basil (optional)
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour.
    In a skillet with 1/4 cup margarine or butter, saute onions until tender.
    Remove from pan; set aside. Add remaining butter and brown meat on all sides.
    May need to add a little more butter.
    This is cooked on medium heat.
    Add broth and seasonings to taste.
    Cook until meat is tender and sauce thickened.
    Just before serving, add plain yogurt or sour cream. Heat through.
    Serve over cooked, flat, buttered and seasoned noodles.
