Rice With Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh spinach
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. parsley
    2 c. rice
    2 c. College Inn chicken broth
    butter or oil
    grated cheese to taste
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix oil, onion and spinach. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add rice and parsley.
    Stir to coat.
    Add chicken broth. Cover and cook with rice until tender.
    Add grated cheese, salt and pepper before fully cooked.
    Add more broth, if needed.
