Pioneer Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. canned sliced peaches or 6 fresh medium size peaches or 1 1/2 pt. frozen peaches
    1 Tbsp. flour unless peach juice is already thickened
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. sugar
    6 tsp. oleo
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Line the sides and bottom of a deep baking dish with Pioneer pie crust, reserving some dough to put on top of pie.
    Spoon peaches over bottom crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and dot with 3 teaspoons oleo.
    Cut reserved dough into strips and lay on top of pie.
    Dot with 3 teaspoons oleo and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
