Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice
    2 c. boiling water
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook rice in water for 20 minutes.
    Add milk and simmer for 20 more minutes.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Continue simmering until creamy.
    Do not give up, it may take a while.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla.
    Sprinkle cinnamon over top and serve either warm or at room temperature.
    Very delicious!
