Pepper Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Prepare and wash peppers.
    Cut in rings.
    Put in pan, cover with water and bring to boil.
    Boil at least 2 minutes.
    Take out and place pepper rings in ice water.
    Let cool and pat on towels to drain.
    Place in jars.
    Bring the sugar and vinegar (per pint) to a boil and pour over peppers and seal at once.
