Ingredients

1 papa
4 or 5 uncles
miles and miles of flat brushy country
plenty of God given quail
men shooting birds
walking several miles to collect all birds
1 Mema to cook
4 or 5 aunts to watch

Preparation

Soak quail in salt water overnight.
Dip quail in flour.
Fry in oil.
Serve with biscuits and quail gravy.
